All sales on this website are processed in Australian Dollars.
We understand that shopping online can be a little tricky, therefore we've tried to make our returns policy as simple and helpful as possible.
Returns and exchanges can be made up to 14 days after receipt of your goods. Goods must have original tags and be in an unused and resell able condition. If you are returning garments please fold them neatly, keep swing tags intact and place in the original package. Unfortunately we cannot return items that have been worn or washed.
When returning any items please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and ensure you include your name, phone number & order number. Please also include in your email if you would like a refund, exchange or credit note. We will get back to you within 24 hours during weekdays with an instructions on how to return your order.
If an item is returned after the 14 day return period, The Linen Cotton Co reserves the right to issue a credit note rather than a refund.
The Linen Cotton Co is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, therefore we recommend that you return it using registered mail and keep your tracking number as a reference.
RETURN OF FULL PRICE AND SALE ITEMS
You may choose an exchange, credit note or a full refund.
Faulty items are to be returned to us. We will happily pay your postage costs. Once we receive the item a replacement will be sent to you. If we are unable to provide a replacement then a refund may be offered.
RETURN IN STORE
We are currently NOT ACCEPTING returns in store.

Credit notes are valid for 36 months.
REST OF WORLD
For all international customers, goods can be returned to us within 20 days of the date of your invoice and are to be returned in the condition they were received.
* All refunds, exchanges & credits will only be given once we have received the goods back at our head office.
